Content policy
StreamZap accepts mainstream content and legal consensual adult content from approved publishers. Every uploader is responsible for legality, rights, consent, classification, and required records.
Allowed adult content
Adult content may be hosted only when every person depicted was an adult at the time of creation, knowingly and freely consented to the activity and its recording, and authorized its distribution and monetization.
The uploader must own or license all necessary rights and retain reliable identity, age, consent, performer, production, and distribution records for as long as required by law and StreamZap policy.
Strictly prohibited material
Content involving minors, simulated minors in sexual contexts where unlawful, non-consensual sexual material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, hidden-camera material, intimate material distributed without permission, credible threats, or unlawful sexual content is prohibited.
Content that infringes copyrights, performer rights, privacy, publicity, trademarks, or other legal rights is prohibited. Attempts to evade detection, mislabel content, or submit forged records are grounds for immediate termination.
Safety and consent
Consent must be informed, specific, freely given, and capable of being withdrawn where applicable. Impairment, coercion, deception, trafficking, abuse of authority, or inability to consent makes content ineligible.
Publishers must maintain a process for performers to report concerns and must promptly cooperate with lawful safety, removal, and record requests.
Traffic and presentation
Adult traffic is accepted on approved domains. Publishers must use accurate labels, lawful advertising practices, and any age controls required for explicit viewing pages in the viewer’s jurisdiction.
The StreamZap marketing pages and Big Buck Bunny page contain no explicit material and therefore do not use an 18+ gate. Any future StreamZap page that directly displays explicit material must use an 18+ entry control before playback.
Reporting and enforcement
StreamZap may restrict content immediately when a report presents a credible safety, consent, age, trafficking, rights, or legal concern. Publishers must provide requested records promptly. Failure to provide adequate records may result in removal and termination.
Suspected child sexual abuse material, trafficking, or other serious unlawful conduct may be preserved and reported to appropriate authorities or designated reporting organizations as required by law.
