Privacy policy
This policy explains how StreamZap handles information connected with publisher applications, video hosting, viewing activity, advertising, safety, and withdrawals.
Information collected
StreamZap may collect publisher identity and contact details, website information, traffic sources, content categories, rights and compliance statements, payment identifiers, support messages, and account activity.
When videos are viewed, StreamZap may process IP addresses, device and browser information, timestamps, referrer URLs, approximate country, advertising status, playback progress, and fraud-prevention signals.
How information is used
Information is used to review applications, operate video delivery, calculate valid views and earnings, process withdrawals, prevent manipulation and abuse, enforce policies, respond to copyright and safety reports, and communicate with publishers.
Advertising partners may receive or process limited device, network, referrer, and advertising-event information as needed to deliver, measure, secure, and report advertising, subject to applicable law and their own notices.
Sharing and disclosure
StreamZap may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, advertising, payments, communications, and legal compliance. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or rights, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transaction.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee complete security. Publishers are responsible for protecting access credentials and payment information.
Your choices
Publishers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Certain records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, copyright enforcement, or safety.
Browser and device controls may limit cookies or advertising identifiers, but blocking advertising or required measurement may make a view ineligible for publisher earnings.
Children and contact
StreamZap is not directed to children and does not knowingly accept publisher applications from anyone under 18. Content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Privacy questions and legally valid requests may be directed to the StreamZap operator through the contact channel provided with publisher onboarding.
