Terms of service
These terms govern applications, approved publisher access, hosted content, advertising revenue sharing, withdrawals, and use of StreamZap.
Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to act for every website in your application. Access is approval-only and may be denied, limited, suspended, or withdrawn when information is incomplete, inaccurate, or presents legal, safety, traffic-quality, or business risk.
You must keep contact, website, traffic, content, rights, and payment information accurate and must not transfer access without written permission.
Content rights and responsibility
You retain ownership of your content. You grant StreamZap a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, advertise against, and otherwise operate your content for the service and its distribution through approved embeds.
You must own or license every necessary copyright, publicity, privacy, performer, music, trademark, and distribution right. You are responsible for the legality, classification, documentation, and distribution of every upload.
Advertising earnings
Eligible earnings are calculated from valid views at the published viewer-country rate. A valid view must include at least 10% watched, advertising unblocked, a valid referrer, and legitimate traffic. No more than two views from the same IP address count within 24 hours.
Automated, manipulated, misleading, purchased invalid, fraudulently incentivized, self-generated, or otherwise artificial activity is excluded. StreamZap may adjust, withhold, or reverse earnings connected to invalid traffic, policy violations, advertiser non-payment, technical errors, chargebacks, or legal requirements.
Withdrawals and referrals
The minimum withdrawal balance is $10. Requests are reviewed daily with a 24 to 48 hour processing target after approval. Available methods are Bitcoin, USDT-TRC20, and WebMoney. Network costs, provider fees, verification, regional availability, and compliance review may apply.
Direct referrals earn 5% of the referred uploader’s eligible lifetime earnings. Duplicate, self-referred, fraudulent, related-party, or manipulated referrals may be rejected or removed.
Prohibited conduct
You may not interfere with the player or advertising, conceal or forge referrers, use bots or traffic exchanges, mislead viewers, evade enforcement, overload systems, distribute malware, scrape restricted data, impersonate others, or use StreamZap for unlawful activity.
Content restrictions in the Content Policy are incorporated into these terms. Minors, non-consensual or exploitative material, trafficking, hidden-camera material, rights violations, and unlawful content are prohibited.
Enforcement and service changes
StreamZap may inspect, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content and records when reasonably needed for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, advertiser protection, or service integrity. Repeat infringement or serious abuse may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of ineligible earnings.
Features, rates, eligible countries, advertising arrangements, and operational rules may change. Material changes will be reflected in updated terms. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted delivery, advertising fill, viewer demand, a particular earnings amount, or continued approval. To the extent permitted by law, StreamZap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
You agree to defend and indemnify StreamZap from claims arising from your content, websites, traffic acquisition, rights failures, legal violations, or breach of these terms.
